Nice staff and great breakfast, but the pool area was too dark.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, valet parking, and a fantastic bar lounge area. The staff even helped me with some technical issues during my first visit. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent service and attentive staff.

Absolutely loved my stay! The late check-out was a fab surprise after my long drive, really made my day. Plus, I treated my mom to a massage, and they did not disappoint!

But why do they always insist on redecorating with air conditioning in the 'artistic overheating' style? I thought I was in a sauna instead of a hotel!

Comfortable bed in a spacious room.

I was deeply frustrated with my stay. The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning, with hairs left behind and a generally rundown appearance. On top of that, I had to wait unnecessarily long to find a clean table during breakfast, which should never have been the case. This hotel clearly misses the mark on basic cleanliness and service efficiency.

The outside cafe was my fave with its chill music and good shisha. Also, the gym and pool area were on point, especially the sauna. Just a heads up, they only accept local currency, so watch out for those exchange fees when paying in USD.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our short stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the night duty manager who checked up on us during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the fantastic dining options available. One area for improvement would be the friendliness of the security personnel.

Friendly staff. The dining options were excellent, with a fantastic breakfast. The location is prime and easy to navigate. I liked the modern amenities in my room. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. 🌟

The Italian restaurant served outstanding food, including delicious grilled sandwiches that I enjoyed during my stay. However, the room was in poor condition with broken fixtures and noticeable stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast service needed improvement, as many items were empty for extended periods, and there seemed to be confusion about a supposed photo policy.
